About Me

Matai Moorfield is a New Zealand wildlife photographer and student based in the Waikato and Coromandel regions of the North Island. He specialises in New Zealand bird photography, capturing native and rare species throughout New Zealand.

He hopes to promote conservation and highlight endangered species through photography. Matai enjoys documenting Aotearoā's wildlife in their natural enviroment.
